Annalise Lewis is a transformational coach, narrative psychologist and B Corp B Leader specialising in the human side of purpose-led transformation. With over seven years’ experience guiding cultural change and wellbeing in B Corp organisations, she helps leaders and teams move from burnout to brave alignment — weaving emotional resilience, identity clarity and strategic impact into the change process.
Her approach integrates deep coaching, systemic thinking, and narrative tools like archetypes and values psychometrics. She is trained in Transformative Coaching (Animas), a co-chair of the Greater Manchester B Local since 2021, and a guest lecturer in ethical leadership at the University of Manchester.
Annalise’s coaching directly supports the New B Corp Standards (especially under Fair Work principles) and the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). Through 1:1 coaching, archetypal assessments, and thematic reporting, she offers a rare bridge between inner transformation and organisational evidence — helping purpose-led businesses become the culture they claim.
