Armelle is a passionate sustainability advocate and consultant with experience across European markets. She is a consultant at Seismic Change, working with companies to embrace their role and responsibility as a positive change actor.
She leverages the power of the BIA as a strategic framework for companies to establish robust ESG strategies, whether aiming to certify as a B Corp or beginning their sustainability journey.
She loves to engage internal teams and activate sustainability champions within the businesses she works with.

She facilitates parts of the B Leaders trainings across the Benelux region, and has developed several tailored B Corp and sustainability literacy programs for clients and with academic institutions.

Armelle speaks 6 languages and supports businesses across the UK and Europe. She holds a Masters in International Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, and a Joint Hounours Masters in International Relations and Geography from the University of St Andrews.
