I am a seasoned finance professional and advocate for change, providing Finance Director services to purpose-led businesses. Working closely with them, I help them look beyond profit to consider people and the planet in everything that they do, evolving them into successful and responsible organisations.
With more than 20 years experience across a diverse range of businesses and sectors, I really understand the challenges involved in running businesses that put profit, people and the planet on an equal footing.
As a B Leader, I help both purpose-led businesses and accountancy firms make practical changes in their organisations through the adoption of the B Corp principles and support them with their B Corp certification and beyond.
I am passionate about the work that I do and strive to build a strong relationship with all the businesses that I support. I consider it a privilege to work with them and support them so they can commit to being a better business and force for good.
As a B Leader and advocate for sustainability, I write professionally for both the ICAEW and ACCA, encouraging others to embrace sustainability and become part of the B Corp movement.
Outside work, I love family life and spending time with the children. I am also a keen cook and fitness enthusiast!
