I’m a lifelong learner who is inspired by human potential.
My determination to learn and grow has led me to work in three countries and establish a career across consulting, corporate and higher education sectors. From engaging with start-ups in Kenya to implementing talent development strategies in partnership with the World Bank, my last 4 years at Oxford University provided me with an opportunity to start and sustain meaningfull communities around the world and support young leaders to grow in their careers.
I am also part of the B Lab UK as a BLeader, hold a MBA from Nottingham University and was awarded a Fellowship at the Royal Society of Arts London.
Previously to Saïd Business School, I worked as a Senior Sustainability and Innovation Specialist for Dow Chemical in São Paulo, Brazil and coordinated communications strategies and stakeholder engagement initiatives for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Before working at Dow, I've worked for the branding and communications team at Gerdau, one of the largest steel and mining companies in Latin America.
