We have been here since the founding and seen hundreds of companies in the years post certification. We know what lasts and what doesn't.
Most companies and consultants default to pursuing ‘B Corp as a project’, i.e. allocating certification to an individual/small team who are tasked with gathering 80+ BIA points, reporting progress and then announcing certification. It might certify you, but it is a mistake. Because certification is the beginning, not the end, of your B Corp journey. You need to think about how well you are set up for what follows.
