B Leader bio

I help social enterprises, start-ups and scale-ups achieving sustainable growth.

I am a BLeader, co-heading GPi, a boutique business transformation consultancy firm that is in the process of becoming a B Corp themselves. We specialise in organisational development and culture, using Permaculture Principles and Circular Economy tools for designing healthy and successful businesses . We have developed a business diagnostic and culture assessment tool, the Pathfinder, that combines diagnostic, engagement and design.

On the side, I have founded Amaroq Organic, a sustainable pet food business, with the aim of bridging regenerative agriculture, animal welfare and climate change.

In addition, I co-head the RSA Conscious Living Network, am a member of the RSA Mindfulness Steering Committee, Facilitator, Mentor and Co-Creator for 'She Leads Change', part of the 6Heads sustainability and innovation community, member of the Global Presencing Community and facilitate resilience workshops for conscious leaders. My aim is to increase our awareness and expand our consciousness to live more creative, inspired and balanced lives.

I am multi-lingual and hold a Masters in Communications, Literature and Political Science. I am also a certified Mediator, Moderator and Insights MDI Consultant. I worked and lived in various countries around the globe. With over 10 years of leadership experience in international communication, change- management and OD roles, I understand the day-to-day challenges and complexities in an international business environment. This helped me during my more than 10 years of self-employed consultancy and training work to stay focussed and provide practical and individual solutions for my various clients.
