B Leader bio

With over a decade of experience working across industries, for both SMEs and multi-billion pound businesses - specialising in audit, risk management and process improvement - I have the ability to understand businesses and their processes quickly in order to give valuable recommendations which suit their strategic objectives and culture.

I believe that the B Corp certification process is a brilliant way for a business to start asking the right questions and built on existing strengths. I’m particularly interested in working with companies who are keen to expand their social impact as I can support them to establish reliable metrics and embed a reporting process which drives positive change.

As an advocate of micro-funding – it’s ability to kick-start ideas and empower people to engage their communities - I’ve been running Liverpool SOUP since the start of 2019 and been a Trustee for Awesome Liverpool since June 2019.

I also sit on the Board of Kindred LCR who are taking an innovative approach to support the growth of the socially trading economy in the Liverpool City Region, by both building a collaborative, peer-to-peer support network and investing in the region’s social trading organisations, to help them multiply their impact.
