For over 20 years I have worked with companies of every shape and size, from adidas Group to Xeros Technology, and at every stage of their sustainability journey, whether just starting out or turning up the volume.
I have also applied this experience to launch and lead sustainability programmes from the inside. Most recently at Emperor I shaped, activated and embedded a responsible business programme, and guided the company to B Corp certification with 113.4 points.
Central to my experience is strategic creative communications - engaging audiences with authentic, compelling content with the goal of driving positive outcomes.
As a B Leader, I believe that B Corp is a leading-edge and practical framework to help businesses be more purposeful, more attractive to stakeholders and more resilient as a result. I help companies to optimise the free to use B Impact Assessment to align with business priorities, ensuring that their journey to B Corp certification creates maximum value to their bottom line and their stakeholders.
I also have a keen interest in design thinking for innovation and system change.
