I have been a passionate advocate of the B Corp movement since I first came across it in 2015 when I was researching alternative business models for my MSc thesis. I undertook B Leader training at the start of 2019 then participated in B Lab UK's first B Corp bootcamp that October, helping 4 SMEs to begin their road to certification. Shortly afterwards I was very proud to learn that Studio Republic, a local creative agency, had achieved B Corp status. They were the first business I approached to take the plunge and since guiding them through the BIA I haven't looked back.
