I also choose to be an optimist about the strength of creativity and brave leadership in finding long lasting truly sustainable paths forwards.
I am passionate – and energised – about helping businesses to build a legacy they can be proud of, a legacy that leaves a positive handprint, a positive impact.
I believe in the power of listening, of empowering people to be at their best, and of using intuition in combination with working in partnership.
I have had a wide range of leadership experience in business, covering sustainability, B Corp, agriculture, nutrition, procurement, technical, and supply chain development and supplier management. Until recently, I headed up sustainability for innocent drinks, and as part of this led on B Corp, through initial certification, and then fully integrating into the business.
I now use my consultancy, Our Legacy Sustainability Consulting, to work with and support businesses.
Until recently I was on the Executive Committee of the Sustainable Agricultural Initiative Platform, and I currently sit on the committee of the British Fruit Juice Association, and as a trustee of The Orchard Project, a community orchard charity.
In my spare time, you’ll usually find me in places with wide open spaces and big skies (blue skies even better), wild swimming with friends, or anywhere that serves a good cuppa!
