After over thirty years of international marketing strategy and communications experience, including working with Pepsi, Echo Research, Grantify, Innovate, and many more, Sharon set up her boutique consultancy in 2018.

Sharon helps businesses improve their environmental and social impact and primarily works with start-ups and SMEs. Sharon offers her clients a more collaborative approach to delivering successful solutions while removing the industry jargon, mystery and hurdles that are now so common.

Sharon and her associates have worked within a plethora of industries to ensure that they are comfortable within all environments and are well abreast with all disciplines.

In addition, since the pandemic, Sharon has set up a 1-2-1 mentoring/coaching service for individuals and small start-ups to help them survive these turbulent times.

'Our vision at CC is to help companies and individuals connect with their businesses' greener and ethical side, making them more sustainable in the current challenging market conditions and help communicate these genuine achievements via stakeholder engagement.

We help our clients build value by actively managing their ESG impact and collaboratively developing individual strategies and targets that align with their business growth, objectives, and plans.

To expand on our sustainability services and help companies become a 'business as a force for good', I trained with B Lab UK to become a B Leader and now support numerous companies through the B Corp process.

Becoming a B Leader was a personal goal, as I love the B Corp community and the fantastic work they have achieved so far. It's so inspiring and gives me the focus I need to continue my journey of helping people use their businesses as a force for good.

My lightbulb moment for looking after our planet came when I worked with my mother's charity, saving British Wildlife from extinction. I couldn't let it happen, so I had to get involved.

I pride myself on offering a friendly, simplified service that ensures you have the necessary vision, structure, and techniques. With these elements in place, it helps you to expand successfully with purpose within your target markets, helping your stakeholders understand your values and creating greater loyalty to your brand over time.
