A fairly rounded sustainability professional having 16 years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment followed by 11 years of Environmental Regeneration activities and a further 13 years commercial consultancy.
I am Chair of the Merseyside Environmental Trust and co-ordinator for Green Drinks Liverpool, Board Member of Nature Connected (Liverpool City Region Nature Partnership), Member of the LCR Climate Partnership advising the Metro Mayor and Co Chair of the St Helens Climate Commission.
I have had interim roles at Liverpool Community Health NHS as Good Corporate Citizen Manager and Liverpool John Moores University as Assistant Environmental Manager.
Director of Million Starts Sustainable Events Ltd (Events, camping, circular economy and fashion)
Director of Sustainability at East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce managing a £6m EU Part Funded ERDF business support Programme "Chamber Low Carbon" and developing their commercial offering.
In 2016 in collaboration with a business partner established the world's first United Nations recognised 2030hub, promoting and engaging the private, public and community sectors in the UN Sustainable Development Goals for the Liverpool City Region and further afield.
