Becoming a B Corp involves a whole company from the lowest paid employee to the most senior director. Good consultation and presentation of concepts and benefits is key to bringing everyone on the journey.
Thalia’s strength is in understanding and overcoming resistance at an individual, team and organisational level as well as enabling people to handle the necessary changes which are part and parcel of becoming a B Corp.
Communication and Behaviour Change are the threads which run through Thalia’s career. Whether enabling cross-sector working to support asylum seekers and refugees in Oxford or getting buy-in across all directorates of Reading Borough Council for a Climate Change strategy and Sustainable Travel plans, Thalia has used her ability to listen and facilitate challenging conversations in order to create positive change.
Thalia runs her own coaching business, enabling teams and individuals to develop resilience and achieve the change they want for themselves and their organisation; it is these skills she brings to her work as a B Leader.
