A former Managing Director with two decades of experience in change management and migration within the retail and ecommerce industries. Through a wide breadth of roles and responsibilities during this time, I have gained valuable insight into the inner workings and priorities of a businesses that influence and inform decision making.
A long standing passion for sustainability has lead to an engrossment and training in the ever evolving subject, including the Oxford Said's 'Leading Sustainable Corporations' programme' and becoming a B leader in October 2021. Bringing together my ‘shop floor’ knowledge of running a business, alongside specialist sustainability knowledge, allows me to assist start ups and SME in their journey to become more purpose lead.
The B corp certification process provides a perfect framework for businesses to benchmark themselves against and I am keen to show businesses how they can integrate sustainable objectives with financial success for their businesses.
